| 189444 | 10/6/2009 5:15:24 PM | I am a photographer and do a lot of traveling....highway and mountain roads. I need front shocks that will be firm and keep the front end from flying around. I currently have KYB shocks and they are not the right shock for my driving.
A MOPAR guru suggested Lakewood shocks and so I am writing to see if your products are applicable for my driving.
Sincerely,

| 189424 | 10/6/2009 9:38:46 AM | I have Lakewood bellhousing with a part number 1521 stamped onto it. It appears to be the same as your currently listed 15210 as far as I can tell. Are there any engineering differences between the two slightly different part numbers, or is it just a numbering change? Will the 1521 fit a t-10 the same as the 15210? |

| 189161 | 9/27/2009 5:55:34 AM | I am dissapointed in the quality of the metal, considering the unit costs $275. The mounts where the inner plate connects to the shock mount have snapped on both the driver and passenger sides. Also the L shaped bend on the outer bracket on the passenger side has snapped completely in two. The car is a daily driver, and does not see the track, or very hard driving conditions. I have ony had the 21700 Bars installed on th car for less than a year. I saw another thread in your FAQ where another guy had the same problem, and it was stated th... |

| 93176 | 1/14/2004 5:46:29 PM | I have a concern more than a question. I publish a small AMC "fanzine" and get lots of inquiries and questions about parts. I know Lakewood is FINALLY making an AMC manual trans scattershield again (Part number is Lakewood 15411). I'd like to know why Lakewood has decided to use a Chevy style scattershield with Muncie bolt pattern and depth. If this is not correct, please let me know what patterns and depth will be used. Most AMCers use the AMC six bell housing (same bolt pattern as V-8, 72 and later) and the Ford small block type transmission... |
